Early Childhood Teacher Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the cognitive, emotional, and social development of young children.

Our intensive and supportive First Steps induction program is designed to help you settle into your role with confidence. You will receive three months of continued support and training, allowing time off the floor to collaborate, learn, and grow professionally.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with an ECT Buddy, who will provide an extra layer of support as you navigate your new role. Community Connection Sessions are also available to network with other ECTs, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners.
