Requirements

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification) from a recognized institution.
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • Completion of approved Child Protection course.
  • Current approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management certificates.
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Standards, legislation, Early Years Learning Framework, and contemporary pedagogies that influence practice.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, driven by values of care, purpose, inclusivity, integrity, and authenticity.
