About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and innovative Physiotherapist to drive the provision of high-quality Physiotherapy services to our patients. As a Grade 4 Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for leading the Advanced Practice Physiotherapy Stream, supported by senior clinicians, to deliver exceptional clinical services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Advanced Practice Physiotherapy Stream to drive clinical excellence and high-quality service provision.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve Physiotherapy services and patient outcomes.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff members and students.
- Collaborate with inter-professional teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Contribute to research and program evaluation activities within the Physiotherapy Department.
- Minimum 10 years of clinical experience in Physiotherapy.
- Completion of a relevant Clinical Postgraduate qualification at master's level or above.
- Expert clinical knowledge and experience in Physiotherapy management and service provision in an acute healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, management, and networking skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
