Lead and Manage Teams for Exceptional Customer Experiences

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of a cinema complex, ensuring that customers receive an elevated level of service from all departments.

In this role, key responsibilities include supervising employees, training and development, operational management, cash handling, and financial management.

Additional duties will include:

  • Operational responsibility for a cinema complex, including monitoring customer service and performing duties associated with day-to-day operations.
  • Administration tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and readiness to fulfill administrative duties.
  • Maintenance of technical equipment within the cinema, including lighting, sound systems, computers, and other technical equipment.
  • Maintaining a secure working environment in every department, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all personnel.
  • Proficiency in reporting systems, including end-of-week and end-of-day procedures.
  • Roster management and accuracy in timesheet management.
  • Cash handling and associated procedures.
