About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at Ability Action Australia. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality speech pathology services to clients, including early intervention, literacy, social communication skills, and AAC.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support to clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Provide education and training to clients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques.

About You

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of others. You will have:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • A willingness to learn and grow, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
