We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Professional to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales expert to leverage their extensive experience in consultative sales and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Originate new business opportunities and close deals through strategic partnerships and negotiations.
- BUILD DURABLE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- Work closely with C-level executives to devise innovative solutions to their most complex problems.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Lead as a thought leader and mentor, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
About You:
- You possess extensive experience in B2B client service and have consistently exceeded business goals in a consultative sales role.
- You have a proven track record of selling intangible products or services, leveraging your expertise to deliver value to clients.
- You are comfortable working independently in a senior role, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- You understand the sales process from prospecting to closing deals and are adept at managing multiple complex transactions across various clients and stages.
- You are proficient in using data analytics tools, such as Salesforce, to inform your decision-making and optimize results.
- You demonstrate a relentless commitment to customer satisfaction, building trusted advisor relationships, and driving business growth through collaboration and innovation.
- You hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent and are eligible to work in Australia. You are also able to commit to a hybrid working arrangement in Sydney.
