Project Cost Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and analyze project cost data, including budgets, actual costs, and forecasts, to ensure projects remain within financial guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, incorporating fully resourced loaded activities, critical path methodology, and logically linked tasks.
  • Monitor and report on project progress throughout its lifecycle using Earned Value Analysis techniques.
  • Implement effective project control processes, including change management procedures, to manage project scope, schedule, and costs efficiently.
  • Identify and advise on potential cost and schedule risks, as well as implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status and performance metrics.
