Tradesperson - Regional Hospital

The successful Tradesperson will be responsible for the upkeep, modification or repair work of plant and equipment in accordance with relevant qualifications, skills and competency level.
This includes maintenance tasks, alterations, and repairs to ensure all equipment operates within safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance of plant and equipment to prevent malfunctions and ensure continuous operation.
- Collaboration with Asset Management team to support objectives and goals across Southern NSW facilities.
- Liaising with staff including trade work colleagues, clinicians, clients and Engineering Supervisors regarding scheduling of works and providing technical advice.
- Possession of a relevant NSW Trade Certificate/Licence and/or current Qualified Supervisors Certificate.
- Demonstrated high level computer skills with ability to use Asset Management systems (AFM online), Microsoft office, Building Management System, and other computing systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Australian Standards relating to installations in hospitals with ability to acquire new skills and keep up to date with trade developments.
- Possession of an unrestricted drivers' licence and ability to maintain.
