Entry-Level IT Support Specialist

 

The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to the company's operations, projects, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on-site technical support for warehouse technologies including barcode scanners, mobile devices, printers, and related systems
  • Troubleshoot and maintain warehouse systems
  • Document and manage all support requests through a ticketing system
