About the Role

You would be responsible for providing pre and post sales customer service as well as support to business customers while maintaining their printer fleet.

  • Reactive and proactive servicing,
  • upgrading software/firmware, network connectivity, and installation of hardware and software, in line with established call approach.

Actively assist other staff to enable efficiencies to achieve individual and branch targets.

This role also involves:

  • Compliance and ongoing adaptation to varied and dynamic Drug and Alcohol policies and procedures of customers,
    and
  • HSE, induction and compliance policies and procedures of customers.
About You

Ideally you would possess experience as a printer or photocopier technician with exposure to repairing both hardware and software issues in the field.
