Job Description

You will be responsible for conducting end-to-end valuation preparation, research, inspections, reporting, and liaising with clients as part of our valuations team.

With dedicated administrative support, you will focus on delivering high-quality valuations, developing your expertise, and contributing to the success of our team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Manager, Valuer Service Centre to ensure efficient planning and workflow, meeting turnaround expectations.
  • Conduct valuation preparation, research, inspection, and reporting in accordance with JLL's Valuation processes, adhering to relevant KPIs.
  • CONTRIBUTE TO BUILDING AND IMPROVING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH ONGOING COMMUNICATION ON VALUATION AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL ISSUES.
  • PROVIDE GUIDANCE, SUPPORT, AND FEEDBACK TO ASSISTANT VALUERS OR OTHER VALUERS WHEN REQUIRED.
  • OPPORTUNITIES TO WORK ON A BROAD RANGE OF MORTGAGE AND NON-MORTGAGE RESIDENTIAL VALUATIONS, THANKS TO JLL'S LARGE AND DIVERSIFIED CLIENT PROFILE.

Requirements

An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:

Desired experience and technical skills:

  • HOLD CURRENT ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP (AAPI) WITH CPV STATUS OR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY VALUER (PMAPI RPV) OF THE AUSTRALIAN PROPERTY INSTITUTE, CURRENT CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE, CURRENT RISK MANAGEMENT MODULE CERTIFICATE, AND POSSESS AN OPEN DRIVER'S LICENSE.
  • Obtained technical skills in understanding residential valuations through prior roles.
  • Senior valuers are encouraged to apply, with career management opportunities available.
