About the Role

As a seasoned IT professional, we are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team. This key role will involve designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions to drive business growth and success.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop end-to-end Oracle Fusion solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and engineer solutions.
  • Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and prioritize within product roadmaps.
  • Lead the design and implementation of system-centric projects, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise systems and solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial and government cost accounting practices.
  • Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep expertise with cloud-based ERPs.
