Role Overview:
The Mental Health Clinical Liaison CNC position serves as a key point of mental health expertise for our organization.
This role involves providing timely mental health assessments, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence by contributing to the achievement of local and state Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to inform care decisions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate effective patient care
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance mental health outcomes and operational efficiency
To succeed in this role, you will require strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is highly desirable.
