Senior Compliance Leader Opportunity

  • Compliance Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of compliance frameworks, policies, and systems to ensure effective risk management.
  • Regulatory Change & Implementation: Lead regulatory change initiatives, driving the identification, assessment, and implementation of new requirements across the organization.
  • Monitoring & Assurance: Lead monitoring and assurance activities to assess compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Reporting: Support the preparation of accurate, insightful compliance reports for stakeholders.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned professional with approximately 10 years of experience in Line 1 and/or Line 2 compliance roles within highly regulated environments.

You'll be an exceptional communicator and understand both technical and human elements of compliance, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality results, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

As a senior compliance leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's compliance culture and ensuring we maintain the highest standards of integrity.
