**Job Title:** Exhibition CoordinatorAs an Exhibition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our wholesale showroom. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service to clients and referral consumers visiting the showroom.Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and processing telephone requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations of orders.
  • Making accurate cost calculations and providing customers with quotations and purchase orders on standard terms within company guidelines.
  • Promptly handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Securing orders and ensuring that all components are completed to facilitate sales.
  • Assisting Account Managers/Sales Representatives with customer requests offering solutions, corrections, and adjustments as appropriate.
  • Acting as a liaison between customers, account managers, and other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction is provided at a premium level.
  • Accurately recording details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Utilizing the in-house software program to keep others in the business accurately informed of the status of stock.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of competitors' products and other general market information of interest or value.
  • Managing day-to-day administration tasks and processes any paperwork requested.
  • Ensuring that the showroom and carpark environment and aesthetic reflects the brand's image and is maintained at a superior level in line with directives and advice from the Merchandising team.
  • Administering sample requests and general enquiries to ensure customer satisfaction levels are met and jobs are completed on time.
  • Sampling, dispatching, and returning stock in a timely fashion.
  • Participating in product launches and promotional activities.
  • Keeping customers and other showroom employees up-to-date of changes and information that could impact them.
  • Maintaining showroom product current with updates and changes documented in line with company policy and directives.
  • Supporting the sales team through meetings, functions, and presentations.
