We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Analyst to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in providing analytical support for key reward activities, including pay reviews, bonus calculations, and audits across two payroll systems.
About the Role:
- Support Line Managers, HR colleagues, and employees on reward issues and assist with the ongoing job evaluation process and maintenance of the grade architecture and pay scales.
- Support Reward Managers in implementing key bonus and pay review processes.
- Data cleansing, creating bonus and salary spreadsheets, and cost models.
- Liaising with Senior Managers and HR colleagues to maintain data.
- Calculating bonuses and salary increase recommendations.
- Summarising data and communicating with employees.
Requirements:
- A proven background within a similar Reward/HR analyst position.
- Advanced Excel skills and ideally knowledge of Power BI.
