The RoleAs a Tyre Sales and Customer Service professional, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance on tyre and service selections while ensuring seamless interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers through personal interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Offer expert recommendations for tyres and wheels based on customer requirements, vehicle type, and budget constraints.
- Accurately provide quotes and process sales orders in a timely manner.
- Coordinate workshop jobs efficiently, maintaining a smooth workflow.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate sales records.
- Assist with stock checks, ordering, and showroom presentation.
- Liaise with suppliers to organise deliveries.
- Support the team with general administration and reception duties.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales positions is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are mandatory.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour, coupled with a genuine passion for helping others, is essential.
- Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to quickly adapt to new software are necessary.
