Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for allocated classes.
- Contribute to the development of school objectives and strategic planning.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Enhance teaching skills and stay current with relevant curriculum programs.
- Provide individualised support to students through regular interaction and feedback.
- Promote the physical, social, cultural and emotional wellbeing of students.
- Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Record and report on student performance.
- An active Christian faith and values.
- A suitable qualification and accreditation (or eligibility).
- The capacity to improve student outcomes and wellbeing.
- Excellent teaching skills as described by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
- Able to receive feedback and implement changes.
- Effective planning and analysis of educational data.
