Senior Lawyer - Construction and Infrastructure Disputes

As a Senior Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing complex disputes arising from construction, engineering, and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing dispute resolution processes, including arbitration and litigation.
  • Drafting pleadings, expert reports, settlement agreements, and other dispute resolution documents.
  • Liaising with clients, experts, and other advisers to develop and implement dispute strategy.

  • Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
