Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Team Manager, Oncology Research. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the Medical Oncology coordinating team and daily operations of the trial unit.

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals in a fast-paced clinical research environment
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive team performance and excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of clinical trials
