Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of seasonal collections, ensuring brand identity and commercial success.
  • Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final sample, across apparel and accessories.
  • Create t-shirt graphics and textile prints (strong graphic design and basic drawing skills required).
  • Communicate daily with suppliers, ensuring quality and fit standards are met.
  • Work closely with the garment technician to refine fit, function, and performance.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, analysing customer demand and competitor positioning.
  • Manage timelines, sampling, and workflow while collaborating with the team and Creative Director.
What We're Looking For

We need a highly experienced and driven Senior Fashion Designer with at least 7+ years of industry experience. This role requires someone with strong technical knowledge, creative vision, and the ability to execute designs at a high level.

  • 7+ years of fashion design experience, with expertise in activewear, swim, contemporary womenswear, and accessories.
  • A strong design eye and deep knowledge of garment and accessory construction, fabrics, trims, and hardware.
  • Technical skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Graphic design skills with experience in t-shirt graphics and textile prints.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Strong leadership & decision-making skills, with the ability to work autonomously and drive results.
  • Excellent organisation & time management, ensuring tight deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Confident communication skills for supplier interactions and team collaboration.
