Senior Designer Position

We need a highly experienced and driven Senior Fashion Designer with at least 7+ years of industry experience, possessing strong technical knowledge, creative vision, and the ability to execute designs at a high level.
This role requires someone with expertise in activewear, swim, contemporary womenswear, and accessories, who can drive design concepts, lead product development, and ensure our collections stay ahead of trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 7+ years of fashion design experience, with expertise in activewear, swim, contemporary womenswear, and accessories.
- A strong design eye and deep knowledge of garment and accessory construction, fabrics, trims, and hardware.
- Technical skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
- Graphic design skills with experience in t-shirt graphics and textile prints.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Strong leadership & decision-making skills, with the ability to work autonomously and drive results.
- Excellent organisation & time management, ensuring tight deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Confident communication skills for supplier interactions and team collaboration.
