Job Title:

Restaurant Managers

  • Leading and motivating team members to drive sales growth and build engagement within a restaurant.
  • Working closely with Area Managers, you will ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard, including weekly responsibilities such as rostering, recruiting, stock management, and compliance.
  • Empowering team members' development, both personally and professionally through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and creating talent pipelines for promotions.
  • Managing business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Owning our local matters program by engaging with local community groups to make a difference.
What We Look For:
  • 6+ years of leadership experience, managing a team of 20+ within hospitality/entertainment venues.
  • Proven experience leading from the front and creating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Great analytical mindset with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports for sales growth.
  • Organised and love a high-energy working environment.
  • A customer-first approach and empowering team members to do the same.
