Overview

Join to apply for the Assistant Team Leader / Trainer | Management Pathway Program role at Maid2Match

Maid2Match is a proud family owned company started by the Schulz brothers. We have grown into a leading National Cleaning provider employing hundreds of staff and making a real impact on our clients' lives every day. Our Pathways Program invests in the next generation of Maid2Match leaders.

What are the Trainer and Assistant Team Leader Roles?

We have both roles on offer for the right candidates through our Pathways Program. This is for you if you agree with one or more of the statements below:

  • I want to get involved in training other staff
  • I have trained other staff previously and now want to manage my own team
  • I have done some management before and want more structure and support to become a high performing leader

Our Maid2Match Pathways Program generally takes less than 6 months to go from new hire to a Full-time Team Leader managing and growing your own team.

Why Join Us?
  • Supportive team culture: Regular 1:1s with your Manager and training sessions with our Senior Leaders including our CEO
  • Structured leadership training in cleaning, training, recruiting, and team management
  • Graduate into a full-time Team Leader role with salary + incentives + allowances
  • Company laptop is provided upon graduation to Team Leader
  • Career progression beyond Team Leader into Division Manager and more
  • Work in your local community with the backing of a trusted national brand
  • During your Management Training Program, starting hourly rate of $38.80 including Super.

"I started in the Pathways Program and within months I was starting to lead my own team. The support and structure is always there guiding me to approach situations 'the Maid2Match way'. This gives me the confidence to continue pushing for more growth."

Why You Won't Find A Role Like This Anywhere Else

The opportunity to create a real, permanent career in cleaning has not been available until we rolled out our Maid2Match Pathways Program. You can join us with no prior cleaning or management experience and, in a few months, graduate and become a Full-time Field Staff Team Leader.

This will see you move to being "off the tools" to managing staff in a specific location. You will be helping others to build their career with Maid2Match, whether that be as a frontline field staff, a trainer, or assisting them through our Pathways Program.

What We're Looking For
  • Your own car and valid driver's licence
  • A minimum of 4 days availability Monday–Friday. The more availability the better
  • You are known as someone others can count on i.e. you are the reliable one amongst friends and family
  • Strong communication skills to engage with your team and clients
  • You have the goal of becoming an effective and respected manager
What You'll Be Doing
  • Hands-on domestic cleaning (private homes, NDIS, DVA) to learn our standards
  • Structured weekly management training sessions (in-person + online)
  • Developing skills in training, recruiting, onboarding, sales and team management
  • Preparing to lead your own team as a full-time Team Leader
Ready to Apply?

We're only hiring a small group of new staff each round to ensure we can focus our effort on their onboarding and success in the Pathways Program.
