Critical Environment Instrumentation Specialist

Our organization requires a skilled professional to oversee the critical infrastructure and foundational technologies for our online services. This includes delivering core infrastructure and supporting services for over 1 billion customers and 20 million businesses worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have experience in an operational, mission-critical environment with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, as well as industrial control systems. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills.
- Maintaining ICS availability, data quality, service and change management, reporting, and the security of all ICS systems.
- Sites level ICS program management, and both governance and direct participation in the execution of global initiatives related to ICS systems.
- Managing, servicing, and governing electrical and mechanical industrial control systems to include servers, applications, networks, and device infrastructure deployed within mission-critical datacenters.
- Infrastructure Management: Ensure high availability and reliability of ICS systems across multiple sites.
- Data Quality and Security: Implement robust data management practices and maintain strict access controls to protect against data breaches.
- Service Delivery: Provide exceptional customer service while managing ICS-related issues and incidents.
