Stranger Soccer is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial License Owner to open and operate the business in Perth.The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life in the assigned city, recruiting, training, and leading a small central team as well as freelance Official Hosts (game hosts).Key responsibilities include identifying and securing prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games, engaging in creative sales and marketing to introduce customers to the platform, and overseeing game schedules to ensure customer delight and retention.This role offers a unique opportunity for business owners who are passionate about football and have a strong background in management and customer service.The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit or experience, commitment to owning, driving, and scaling the Stranger Soccer brand, and a hunger to succeed with financial compensation tied to performance.Stranger Soccer has transformed the sports & recreation scene in Singapore since 2017, growing to be the #1-way people play football and futsal in the country, with tens of thousands of registered users purchasing thousands of slots every week.Our mission is to make playing football as easy as going for a jog, and our vision is a world where playing football is as popular and widespread as watching football.Responsibilities:
  • Bring the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life in the assigned city
  • Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2-3 persons) as well as freelance Official Hosts (game hosts)
  • Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games
  • Engage in creative sales and marketing to introduce customers to the platform
  • Oversee game schedules to ensure customer delight and retention
