About the Role

MinterEllison is seeking a highly skilled and experienced technology sourcing and commercial consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consulting services, you will work closely with clients to design, develop, and operationalize solutions in the areas of technology, cyber security, risk and regulatory, legal optimization, education, and ESG.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sourcing strategies and risk management plans.
  • Lead end-to-end technology sourcing programs, including developing commercial strategies and coordinating procurement.
  • Prepare and review commercial documents, particularly those related to service definitions and performance frameworks.
  • Work with legal teams to ensure commercial and legal objectives are aligned.
  • Run and support large tender processes, facilitating evaluation across technical, financial, and commercial streams.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts, preparing executive papers for endorsement.
  • Manage supplier performance and contracts, navigating Commonwealth approval processes.
About You
