We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Assistant to join our team in North Melbourne. This Full-time role involves supporting the division in all areas of Administration and reporting directly to Managers and Directors.

**About the Role**

This position requires strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be working closely with the team to ensure seamless administration processes and maintaining high levels of organisation and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide administrative support to the team

- Maintain accurate records and files

- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures

**Requirements**

- 2+ years of experience in administration

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
