We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team during the festive season. As a key member of our squad, you'll be immersed in a fast-paced environment where every shift brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience Specialist: Create a standout experience for every customer, making it unforgettable with your knowledge of products and genuine passion for helping others.
  • Team Supporter: Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Inventory Manager: Ensure stock levels are optimal, receiving, restocking, and maintaining shelves to meet customer demands.
  • Order Fulfillment Expert: Pick and pack click & dispatch orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Store Presentation Champion: Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, reflecting high standards.
  • Positive Influencer: Bring a positive attitude and a team-first mindset to every shift, inspiring colleagues and contributing to a fun and supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Flexibility: Full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
  • Retail Experience: While not essential, retail experience is beneficial, especially in the fashion or sneaker industry.
  • Sneaker Enthusiast: Passion for sneakers and streetwear.
  • Fast-Paced Team Player: Love the energy of a fast-paced team environment and thrive under pressure.
