Join Our Festive Sales Team

We are seeking energetic team members to join our sales team during the Christmas season as fixed-term casual sales assistants.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who have a passion for delivering great customer service experiences and selling.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide professional and personalised service to customers, working productively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, identifying and meeting customer needs and preferences.
  • Sell products to customers by communicating key features and benefits.
  • Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising and general housekeeping.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work across our store roster, including weekends, extended trading hours and public holidays.

  • As part of our recruitment process, the successful applicant(s) will be required to complete a National Police Criminal History Check from the relevant State and/or Territory they reside in before receiving an employment offer.
  • Festive seasonal contracts typically end on or before 18 January each year but can become permanent based on performance and position availability.
