  • Cultivation and Harvesting: Operate machines to cultivate, fertilize, spray, and harvest fruit, ensuring timely and efficient harvesting.
  • Tree Health and Maintenance: Maintain the growth and health of trees through regular pruning and de-budding, and observe trees, soil, and weather for optimal fertilization.
  • Pest and Weed Control: Control weeds and pests through the use of weedicide and insecticide chemicals, ensuring a healthy and productive environment.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate pump systems for irrigation and fertilization, and maintain equipment and buildings to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Manage the logistics of organizing transportation, supply network, order fulfillment, and product delivery during harvest.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Oversee work done by contractors and casual employees, ensuring quality control and adherence to company standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Experience and Qualifications: Have experience in daily farm activities and hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, as well as a valid driver's license and up-to-date ChemCert accreditation.
  • Physical Demands: Be physically fit and able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift, as the role requires regular outdoor work.
