About the Role:

  • Primary customer contact, owning the customer relationship and providing a conduit between business disciplines and the customer's operating sites and corporate business teams.
  • Identify specific application understanding and work through multiple facets of the customers' requirements to offer viable solutions resulting in market and sales pipeline growth.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, promote business solutions and capabilities, and balance customer advocacy with favourable commercial outcomes.
