Project Leadership Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Technical Lead to oversee the delivery of complex building projects.

This full-time role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and client engagement skills to drive project success and expand our portfolio of services.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading internal design teams, managing engineering assessments, and representing our organization in industry forums and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new project opportunities and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Manage internal teams, overseeing design work and engineering assessments across diverse projects.
  • Represent the organization in industry events, client meetings, and strategic discussions to enhance our market presence.
  • Deliver technically sound and innovative designs, reports, and specifications across various sectors, including health, defense, commercial, and education.
  • Mentor junior engineers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a design consultancy environment.
  • Proven track record of client engagement and project leadership.
  • Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages of delivery.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical Building Services, including HVAC design experience.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with a passion for building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
