Senior Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Senior Supervisor. This role offers autonomy to incorporate your style of management and will provide the opportunity to grow, develop, and take on additional responsibilities during employment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Building or Carpentry, with operational excellence, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves.

  • Oversee the delivery of projects on schools, housing, and private construction contracts
  • Manage and deliver projects in a timely manner
  • Report to project managers on current works
  • Oversee and manage contractors' performance on site
  • Be on the tools as required
  • Oversee staff and ABN contractors
  • Quotations/estimating
  • Maintenance software: using software to track all maintenance and aggregate documents/reports
  • Work health & safety: comply and promote WH&S policies
  • Customer satisfaction: building rapport with property residents and liaising with internal stakeholders

Requirements include:

  • Building or Carpentry trade background with at least 10 years of experience
  • Experience in quoting project works, i.e., bathrooms, kitchens etc
  • A valid NSW driving license
  • White card
  • Police check
  • A calm and friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Good computer skills
