The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fast-paced bakery environments, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products. They'll be proficient in all aspects of baking, from mixing and kneading to decorating and presenting.

• Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is required, demonstrating your commitment to the trade.
