Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate educator to join our team, providing high-quality care and education to children in a supportive environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Early Childhood Educator to contribute to the growth and development of our centre, promoting a culture of excellence and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care for and nurture children's minds, supporting their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to implement curriculum and documentation, ensuring quality outcomes for children.
  • Design engaging learning experiences that encourage children to learn through play, fostering a love of discovery and exploration.
  • Establish strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a sense of belonging and community.
  • Evaluate and improve your practice through ongoing professional development and reflection.
Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
  • A current Child Protection Training certification.
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
  • Availability to work rotating shifts between Monday and Friday, 6:30am-6:30pm.
