About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team at FCBT. As a key member of our SME Portfolio Management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients, providing expert travel management solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of SME clients, providing personalized travel management services to meet their business needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of travel management services, including research, booking, and trip management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our clients receive the latest travel management solutions and advice.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in corporate travel management, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems, with a strong understanding of travel management technology.
