Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of SME clients, providing tailored travel solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategic travel management plans to meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in corporate travel management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems, with Sabre highly regarded.
