Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, adhering to hotel procedures and brand standards.
  • Provide exceptional service and assistance to guests, responding to their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain room attendant cart, replenishing any items as required.
  • Follow established safety procedures and wear protective equipment when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent quality of service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hotel cleaning and customer service is an asset.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, honest, creative, and capable of working independently and in a team environment.
