We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will extend beyond physical tasks, including collaborating with colleagues and assisting guests as needed.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Clean guest rooms thoroughly, ensuring an exceptional first impression, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces.
  • Maintain impeccable standards within established guidelines.
  • Organise and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them well-equipped and tidy.
  • Use cleaning materials responsibly and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
  • Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly, demonstrating your dedication to a flawless experience.

In addition to these responsibilities, we require the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is beneficial.
  • Your communication style should be warm and welcoming, making guests and colleagues feel at ease.
  • You possess an eye for detail and work efficiently, managing your time effectively and taking pride in your tasks.
  • You enjoy a physically demanding role, navigating between rooms may involve using internal and external staircases and open pathways.
