Job Title

We are looking for a talented Security Systems Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL processes, including incident management, change management, and problem management.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and configure video surveillance systems.
  • Troubleshoot and configure access control systems.
  • Manage incidents, changes, and problems using ITIL processes.
  • Handle Level 2 issues and troubleshooting as required.
  • Support system upgrades and migrations.
  • Test and troubleshoot digital video and access control systems.
  • Interact with customers and technicians on respective systems.
  • Review configurations to ensure proper functionality.
  • Work on integrating solutions and applying agile methodology principles.

Required Skills

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Windows migration, incident management, change management, and problem management.
  • Extensive knowledge of security systems, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Awareness of digital IP cameras, security devices, and networking concepts.
  • Experience in Windows Server Administration.
  • Concepts of Enterprise System architecture are a plus.
  • Experience in SQL Administration.
  • Physical security domain skills are a plus.
  • Good overview of networking concepts.
  • Concepts of DevOps.
  • Knowledge of SQL and IP Cameras, security devices, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of access control systems and hardware devices.
  • Hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration.
  • Experience in supporting system upgrades and migrations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and provide weekend support as needed.
