About the Role

We are seeking a Part Time Retail Team Member to join our team at our Toowoomba store. As a Retail Team Member, you will be at the forefront of making life fantastic for our customers by providing an exceptional experience at every touch point.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
  • Assist with sales and customer transactions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

About You

We are looking for team members who are passionate about delighting customers, want to grow their career, and can be relied on to support our teams. You may bring with you some experience from a sales/customer service, retail or hospitality background, but we are also interested in speaking to people who are keen to bring transferable skills into a retail setting.
