We are seeking a high-performing business developer with a powerful network, an expert closer, and a trusted community connector to join our team as a Mobile Mortgage Specialist.

About the Role

This is not just a mortgage sales position - it's about empowering you to be a trusted advisor and true partner to your clients and community. As a Mobile Mortgage Specialist, you'll drive your business by sourcing, developing, and nurturing a pipeline of qualified mortgage and referral leads, provide expert mortgage advice to new and existing members, and leverage your network and COIs to meet (and exceed) individual and team targets.

Your Responsibilities
  • Drive your business by sourcing, developing, and nurturing a pipeline of qualified mortgage and referral leads.
  • Provide expert mortgage advice to new and existing members, helping them achieve their homeownership goals.
  • Leverage your network and COIs, such as real estate agents, builders, financial planners, and community groups.
  • Use your sales instincts and product knowledge to meet (and exceed) individual and team targets.
  • Underwrite with confidence, aligning with compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Actively engage in your community from local events to social media networking to represent Coast Capital and build brand trust.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless member experience.
