Senior Traffic Management Specialist

About this role
Job Summary:This is a senior engineering position that involves leading and managing local subcontractors and traffic management suppliers to ensure performance outcomes and delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing traffic switches, road access, and stakeholder access arrangements in accordance with industry standards.
They will also develop and implement traffic management plans, communicate with stakeholders, and deploy project traffic changes.
In addition, the candidate will prepare comprehensive reports, provide technical leadership, manage procurement and resources, and ensure quality management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing local subcontractors and traffic management suppliers
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing traffic switches, road access, and stakeholder access arrangements
- Developing and implementing traffic management plans
- Communicating with stakeholders and deploying project traffic changes
- Preparing comprehensive reports and providing technical leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
- Senior-level traffic management experience in construction/infrastructure
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and protocols
- Extensive experience with major infrastructure projects
- Proven leadership abilities and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities
