We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic support worker to provide care and assistance to our valued clients in the Riverina and Central West region.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who can build strong relationships with our clients, providing daily companionship and support. You will need to be reliable, honest, helpful, and dependable, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality care and assistance to clients in their homes.
  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks, such as gardening and yard maintenance.
  • Accompanying clients on errands and social activities.
  • Preparing meals and snacks as needed.
  • Observing and reporting any changes in client health and wellbeing.
  • Responding to emergency situations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • A current National Police Check.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening & Orientation.
