Hardware Inventory Manager

Job Summary:

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage hardware inventory, oversee stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage daily stock handling and warehousing
  • Control inventory and replenish stock as needed
  • Coordinate stock counts and inspections to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with suppliers for returns and warranties
  • Process purchase requisitions and orders in a timely manner
  • Contribute to the development of company values and culture
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and flow control
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance
  • Background in continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in inventory management and warehouse oversight
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of inventory systems
