  • Provide expert legal advice across insurance products, distribution models, and marketing campaigns.
  • Advise on regulatory compliance including ASIC, APRA, privacy legislation, and financial services law.
  • Draft and review key contractual documents including policy wordings, PDSs, and statutory notices.

We are looking for a qualified Legal Professional with:

  • Admission as a Solicitor or Barrister in any Australian Court and a current Practising Certificate.
  • 5+ years post-admission experience in financial services law, including the Insurance Contracts Act and Corporations Act.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to translate legal complexity into actionable advice.
