Job Overview

This pivotal role is responsible for leading the timely delivery of key programs and ensuring optimal performance in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing personnel, ensuring ongoing performance management, providing guidance on safe and timely delivery, consulting with counterparts, and capturing and reporting relevant data from the field.

This role requires a proven ability to drive a safety culture, understanding of electrical distribution networks, and effective cost management within budget guidelines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading personnel in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Ensuring ongoing performance management of teams.
  • Providing guidance for safe and timely delivery of connections and appointment work.
  • Consulting and supporting counterparts to ensure resourcing ability enables delivery of works program.
  • Capturing and reporting all relevant data from the field.
  • Managing and motivating direct and indirect reports.
  • Ensuring resource capability, skill sets, and volume are sufficient to service forecasted work safely and efficiently.
  • Managing internal resources, subcontractors, and suppliers per organizational processes and procedures.

About You

  • Proven experience managing field teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Effective cost management within budget constraints.
  • Experience in resource utilization and capacity planning for workforce and physical resources.
  • Experience in planning or strategy development.
