Cloud and Infrastructure Professional

This is a role that encompasses the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud and infrastructure technologies. Our goal is to achieve optimal security, reliability, availability, and value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of Autopilot, Intune, and Microsoft Configuration Manager / SCCM
  • Packaging and deployment of applications within the environment
  • Migration of applications and platforms from SCCM to Intune
  • Administration of Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy as required
  • Management of Azure AD identity solutions, including users, groups, Office 365 dynamic groups, guest users, app registrations, and access control for enterprise applications
  • Leadership and/or assistance in developing Disaster Recovery plans and testing for relevant technologies
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service values
  • Strong security practices across all activities
  • Migrated SCCM to Intune
  • Systems well maintained and patched to no less than N-1 standards
  • Platforms meet desired Service Level Agreements
  • Timely and accurate resolution of incidents and requests
  • Engagement of IT teams and personnel to solve problems effectively
  • Well-documented systems with maintained documentation
  • Training on specialist technologies and procedures provided to key stakeholders and fellow engineers
  • All changes follow Hearing Australia's governance processes
  • Risks escalated early and managed through mitigation and resolve
