Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Nurse.

This role involves providing high-quality care to our clients, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

  • Deliver person-centred care that is tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and their families
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing clients' physical and emotional needs
  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans
  • Providing education and support to clients and their families
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal client outcomes
Requirements:
  • AHPRA Registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid
  • A valid driver's license and access to a car
  • Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Approval
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
